I Ristogatti

I Ristogatti are four chef-owners based in Albano Laziale who personally look after couples from choosing the menu to the wedding day. On the day they do the cooking themselves, in the venue's kitchens. They take only one event a day. The chefs are members of the Federazione Italiana Cuochi and hold roles in the Associazione Cuochi di Roma. The menus include a Latium menu of traditional Roman dishes, and the stations include a rum and cigar area and a champagne and cheese corner. They work in selected venues such as Villa Grande in Rome, Palazzo Chigi in Ariccia, Villa Giulia in Castel Gandolfo and Domus San Sebastiano on the Appia Antica.

Worth considering for a wedding in the Castelli Romani or on the Appia when you want to speak directly to the people who will cook. The one-event-a-day limit also means that May and September dates need asking about early.
