This notice covers the data you send to CateringRoma.it through the quote request form. The data controller is the owner of the site, who can be reached at info@cateringroma.it.

What data we collect

Your name, email, phone number if you give one, and the details of the event: occasion, date, number of guests, area, budget, dietary needs and your free-text message.

Why we use it

Only to pass your request on to suitable caterers, who will contact you to send a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given with the form's checkbox, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Only the caterers selected for your request. We do not sell data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for 24 months and then delete them. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@cateringroma.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies

The site stores technical settings in your browser (light or dark theme, your cookie choice). These need no consent.

Only if you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd) to count visits, see which pages are read and how many quote requests are sent, in aggregated form. We send Google no name, email, phone number or message. Without your consent Google's scripts are not loaded. The choice lasts 12 months and you can change it at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
