For businesses
Are you a caterer in Rome?
Your profile is free. If your company is missing or some details are out of date, write to us: we reply and correct it within a few days.
Adding your company
Send us your official website and a contact. We check the criteria described in how we choose and write the profile from the information stated on your website.
Correcting or adding to your profile
You can tell us about mistakes, new venues, certifications (kosher, organic, gluten-free) and the number of guests you can handle. If you like, send us photos of your set-ups with permission to publish them: they make the profile far more useful to people choosing a caterer.
Receiving quote requests
People who fill in the form give the occasion, date, guests, area and budget. We pass each request to the caterers that fit, who contact the client directly. Requests from the English version of the site come from people who may prefer to be answered in English. If you want to receive requests, tell us which events, areas and guest numbers you are available for.
The CateringRoma.it badge
If your company is in the guide, you can put the badge on your website: it links to your profile, so whoever is choosing can see your services and contacts in one place. It is free and optional, and it does not change your position in the lists, which stay in alphabetical order.
PreviewQuestions from caterers
How much does it cost to appear on CateringRoma.it?
Nothing. The listing is free and no caterer pays to appear or to move up the list, which stays in alphabetical order.
How do you check the details in the listing?
We only use what you state on your official website: services, events, areas, contact details. If something changes, write to us and we will update it.
Can I remove my company from the list?
Yes. Write to us from the company's email address and we will remove the listing.
How do quote requests reach caterers?
The person filling in the form gives the occasion, date, guests, area and budget. We pass the request on to suitable caterers, who contact the client directly.
Are you also looking for staff or styling for your events?
We have a page for caterers looking for waiters, cooks or bartenders: a single request reaches suitable staffing agencies in Rome.
