Catering and banqueting by the Enoteca La Torre group, bringing to events the cooking of the Villa Laetitia restaurant led by Domenico Stile.
The Enoteca La Torre group grew out of a trattoria opened in Viterbo in the late 1990s by Michele Pepponi and Silvia Sperduti. Today, alongside its restaurants, it runs a catering and banqueting service that works throughout Italy; its reference kitchen is the restaurant at Villa Laetitia, with two Michelin stars, under chef Domenico Stile. It has a team of bartenders dedicated to mixology and, for weddings, helps couples find the venue, in the city or the countryside, and set it up. It states institutional events such as the G7 and G20, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
Worth considering for a wedding, a gala dinner or a corporate event where chef-driven cooking and the bar matter as much as everything else. Also useful if you do not yet have a venue and want a single contact for space, set-up and menu.
