Roma Hostess (OPEN S.r.l.)

Roma Hostess is the brand under which OPEN S.r.l. (Stay Open), an events agency with its operational base in EUR, provides hostesses, stewards and interpreters. Listed services include the accreditation desk, conference welcome and institutional events. Besides Italian it covers languages such as English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Chinese and Arabic. The company is registered on MePA, the Italian public administration's e-procurement market, and under the Staff Eventi brand says it supplies teams of 2 to 200 people throughout Italy.

According to its website the ideal notice is 2 to 4 weeks, but some requests can also be handled 24 to 48 hours in advance, depending on the profile. A written quote is promised within 24 hours, and staff contracts and obligations remain the agency's responsibility.

Worth considering for conferences, corporate or institutional events with foreign guests, where you need welcome and registration at the entrance. The caterer handles food and table service; the hostesses handle accreditation, cloakroom and guiding guests: agree timings and arrival points between the two suppliers.
