About Mind the Gap Agency

Mind the Gap Agency is a staffing agency for trade fairs, conferences, fashion shows and high-end events, with a stated network of over 800 professionals. It provides hostesses, stewards, promoters, models, access control staff and event coordinators. Its multilingual staff cover English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic and Chinese. In Rome it lists venues such as Fiera di Roma, La Nuvola, Palazzo dei Congressi and Auditorium Parco della Musica, and it is also present in other Italian cities.

For complex or multi-day events it adds a coordinator who manages shifts and replacements on site. It says it responds to quote requests within 24 hours and also works at weekends.

Worth considering for large or multi-day events, where you need many people at the entrance and someone to manage changeovers. Share the room plan and the opening times of the food points with the caterer, so welcome and service do not get in each other's way.
