Eventi di Roma provides front-of-house and kitchen staff for catering and banqueting: waiters, maîtres, commis, bartenders and sommeliers. For the kitchen it offers the whole brigade, from chef and sous chef to kitchen assistants and dishwashers. Its staff list also includes hostesses, security staff, event technicians and entertainers.

It also handles set-ups: trade fair stands, furniture, stages, covers, sound and lighting and stage sets. It works in Rome and the surrounding province.

An option when your caterer provides the food but not all the staff, or when you are organising things yourself and need front-of-house and kitchen teams. Before confirming, ask the caterer how many people it brings and which roles are missing: that way you only request the uncovered roles from the agency.
