Street food from three vehicles, from the little Ape to the Ducato van, which can be branded in company colours.
Ape Magna Street Food was founded by siblings Manuel and Michela Renzi, both chefs, and works with three vehicles: a showpiece Apetta (the small three-wheeled Piaggio van), a Piaggio Porter and a Ducato van. It cooks spiral potatoes, arrosticini (lamb skewers), burgers made with Chianina beef or Norcia sausage, and mixed fried food to order; desserts include Nutella crêpes and candyfloss. For companies it can park the truck near the office for the lunch break and brand it in the company's colours.
An option to consider for an informal private party or a corporate event where the vehicle itself becomes part of the communication. Ask which of the three vehicles suits the space available and the number of people.
