Cookinart

Cookinart is the team of chef Lucia d'Aloisio Mayo, active since 2012 in Rome and other places in Italy. The website distinguishes two services: the private chef, for a seated dinner with a few guests, and catering at home, with a buffet and staff, for 10 to 50 guests and served dinners for up to 30. They bring table linen, tableware and glassware, hire out tables and chairs, and at the end of the party also take away the rubbish. Other options include a resident chef in a villa, a chef on board a yacht, cooking classes, food styling, barbecue and an open bar.

It may suit you for a party at home or in a villa in Rome, the Castelli Romani or on the coast, New Year's Eve included, when you want everything needed to arrive and the house to be left tidy. For a holiday in a villa or on a boat, it is worth asking about the resident chef option.
